A Google Review App for Your Business
A Google review app does one job: it puts your Google review link in front of the customer while they are still happy, without anyone at the counter having to remember a link or explain where to find you on Google.

What a Google review app actually does
Google already gives every verified business a review link for free. The problem is never the link; it is getting it to the customer at the right moment, to every customer, without it becoming one more thing your staff have to remember. That is the whole job of the app.
- Keeps your review link ready so nobody has to search for it.
- Sends it by SMS and WhatsApp, where customers in India actually read messages.
- Sends it right after the visit, which is when people still feel like replying.
- Records who has already been asked, so the same customer is not asked twice.
- Works the same for every customer, which is what Google’s rules require.
How the app works at your counter
- 1
Open the app and tap Request Review
Whoever hands over the bill, the keys or the device does it. No computer, no separate device.
- 2
Type the customer’s number
That is the only thing to type. The message body is already written.
- 3
The customer gets a message with the link
It goes by SMS and WhatsApp. Tapping it opens Google’s review box for your business straight away.
The customer needs no app and no account with us. They only need the Google account most Android phones are already signed in to.
An app to get Google reviews, not to manage a platform
Most review products are built around an inbox, a campaign builder and a dashboard someone has to be trained on. A shop, clinic or garage does not have that someone. LocalFirst is a phone app your staff can use from the first day, and the only screen that matters is the one with the Request Review button on it.
It also covers Instagram follow requests and Facebook reviews from the same place, because the moment you have the customer’s attention is the same moment.
What to check before you pick any review app
- Does it send by SMS and WhatsApp, or only by email?
- Is the price in rupees, with the message cost included rather than billed separately?
- Can the person at the counter use it without training?
- Does it handle more than one branch, with the right Google listing for each?
- Does it ask every customer? Anything that screens customers first is review gating, which breaks Google’s rules.
Common questions
Is there a free Google review app?
Your Google Business Profile is free and gives you a review link you can share yourself, by hand, to each customer. A paid app exists for what comes after that: sending the link automatically to everyone, over SMS and WhatsApp, and keeping track of who has already been asked.
Does my customer need to install anything?
No. They receive an ordinary message and tap a link. Only your own staff use the app.
Which phones does it run on?
LocalFirst is on Google Play for Android, which is what most counters use. The iPhone app is on its way, and the site will link to it as soon as it is listed.
Can I use it for more than one shop?
Yes. Each branch has its own Google listing, and requests go to the listing for the branch the customer actually visited.
Ask every customer, from the phone in your pocket
Set up your business once, then it is three taps per customer. Google review requests by SMS and WhatsApp.
