What happens if I exceed my monthly requests?
You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. We'll never charge you extra or block your requests. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
Are SMS costs really included?
Yes! All plans include SMS costs for the number of requests in your plan. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What do I get in my first month?
Everything in the plan you choose, plus free Google review requests added to that month's allowance. Cancel anytime.
