Services provided by the platform with the usage of the LocalFirst, User's can make free voice calls, send messages, and send disappearing messages that are meant to disappear.

The mission of development of this Application is to protect the privacy of peoples.

"Third Parties" refer to any Application, Company or individual apart from the User and the creator of this Platform.

The term "Platform" refers to the Mobile Application and/or Website of the Company.

The term "Mobile Application" refers to the Application name "LocalFirstt" which provides the User with the information on the Platform and can also be used to avail the services of the Company.

The term "Website" refers to the domain name https://localfirst.co.in which provides the User with information on the Platform and can also be used to avail the services of the Company.

"Personal Information" shall mean and refer to any personally identifiable information that We may collect from You such as Name, Location, Age, Gender, Mobile number, profile Photo etc. For removal of any doubts, please refer to Clause 2.

We are committed to respecting Your online privacy. We further recognize Your need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Information You share with us. We may collect the following information:

Further, your personal data and Sensitive Personal data may be collected and stored by Us for internal record. We will not share your personal information with others unless they are acting under our instructions or we are required to do so by law.

If you choose to connect your Google Business Profile to LocalFirst, we ask Google for read-only access to the list of business locations your Google account manages. We use this for one purpose: to confirm that a business you have added to LocalFirst is one you actually manage, by matching its Google Place ID against the locations on your account.

LocalFirst’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We store only the result of that check, the identifier of the connected Google account, and a token that keeps the connection active so you are not asked to sign in repeatedly. We do not modify your Google Business Profile, we do not sell this information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties.

You can disconnect your Google account from LocalFirst at any time in the app, or revoke access directly from your Google account permissions page. Once disconnected, we delete the stored token and the connection details.

The Website or Application may include advertisements, hyperlinks to other websites, applications, content or resources. We have no control over any websites or resources provided by companies or persons other than Us. We recommend that you enter external websites and review their privacy policies.

Unless subject to an exemption, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• The right to request a copy of your personal data which we hold about you;
• The right to request correction to any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
• The right to withdraw Your consent to the processing at any time;
• The right to object to the processing of personal data;
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
• The right to obtain information as to whether personal data are transferred to a third country or international organization.

Where you hold an account with any of our services, you are entitled to a copy of all personal data which we hold in relation to you. You are also entitled to request that we restrict how we use your data in your account when you log in.

We may host surveys for survey creators for our platform. We do not own or sell your responses. As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.

Following registration, you can review and change the information you submitted at registration, except Email ID and mobile number. An option for facilitating such change shall be present on the Platform. If you believe any information we hold is incorrect or incomplete, please remediate and promptly correct it.

We treat data as an asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ many different security techniques to protect such data. However, no security system is impenetrable. Our Company cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you provide won't be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

Each paragraph of this Privacy Policy shall remain separate, independent, and severable from all other paragraphs herein. The decision that one or more paragraphs are null and void shall have no effect on the remaining paragraphs.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. The most current version will govern our use of your information and will always be available on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any amendments.

As a responsible Company, we do not use automatic decision-making or profiling.

To withdraw your consent, or to request the download or deletion of your data for any or all our products & services at any time, please email [email protected].

Merchants can also delete their LocalFirst account directly in the app, under Settings → Delete Account. This removes the account, its business locations and the data connected to them immediately. Records of payments already made are retained only as required for accounting and are no longer linked to you.
